General inquiries

Our mission is to empower people to live their quest. Through our retreats, we hope you are able to go deep within, get clarity and manifest your vision. Learn more on our home page.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and plans may change, however, cancellations for our retreats are not possible. Please carefully consider your schedule and commitment before registering for the retreat.

Deposit Refunds: Unfortunately, deposits for the retreat are non-refundable. We advise participants to consider this when making their payment.

Special Circumstances: In special circumstances, refunds for charges other than the deposit may be possible. If a participant faces a genuine medical emergency or a family bereavement, we will consider a refund of their fees. Supporting documentation will be required for any refunds granted in these circumstances.

Travel Insurance: We highly recommend that participants purchase travel insurance to cover any potential losses, including airline fees and other expenses, in the event of a cancellation.

Future Retreat Attendance: In the event that a participant must cancel, they can choose to use their fee towards a future retreat. This offer is subject to availability, and the participant must contact us to make arrangements. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy and hope to see you at a future retreat.

We would be more than happy to make accommodations when possible! However, please keep in mind that some of the locations we hold our retreats at are not accessible to people with limited mobility. Please email us before you book a retreat so we can let you know.

You can only stay at the provided retreat accommodations during the dates listed. However, you are welcome to book other accommodations and activities if you would like to come to the area before or stay longer after the retreat! We might have some recommendations for you, so let us know if this is part of your plan and we can send them over.

Of course! We would need to know beforehand to make a menu that accommodates your dietary needs. Please email us and we will put you in contact with our head chef.

Every retreat location will be different and therefore some facilities and amenities will change depending on the accommodations. However, the price always includes accommodations (shared or private room), all meals, sessions with our expert facilitators, and all activities listed in the schedule.

Absolutely! The investment is EUR 500 (ex 21% VAT) for four 1-hour sessions. During this trajectory with Jasper you will sharpen your Purpose, Vision and Strategy (for both your life and work). You will gain insights in the limiting beliefs that are holding you back, and you will develop a concrete action plan for personal growth and transformation. Things to keep in mind before the retreat

We accept payments through PayPal or bank transfer. You will receive more detailed information once you sign up for a retreat. Initial payment will be a deposit which ensures your spot in the retreat, and the remaining payment must be made at least one month before the beginning of the retreat.

We would prefer if you are able to pay the full amount at once, but please contact us if you need a payment plan, we are open to accommodating to your needs. With regards to discounts or scholarships, we have none available at this time.

- Comfortable and breathable clothing suitable for yoga and other physical activities

- A hat or head covering for sun protection
- Sunglasses
- Swimwear
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Warm layers for cooler evenings
- Personal hygiene products (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.)
- Reusable water bottle
- Medications and any other essential personal items
- Optional: book, journal, or other forms of entertainment

Up to you! However, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance as it can cover any costs incurred in case of cancellation or any emergencies or sickness that could occur during the retreat.

Prepare to come with an open mind and a full heart! We encourage you to be ready to think deeply, connect with other like-minded individuals and to be open to experience new, exciting feelings and opportunities.

We will facilitate a platform a few weeks before the retreat begins so that you can meet the facilitators and fellow attendees! It will be optional to join, but we highly encourage you to do so.

Once you sign up for the retreat, we will send you information on how to get there. Please note that transportation is not included, but we will gladly advise you on different options to make your journey as easy as possible!

Things to keep in mind during the retreat

Of course! During the retreat there will be free time to explore the area. You can go into town, go on a hike or hang out with other attendees.

Although we have no strict policy against alcohol or smoking, we do recommend you do not consume these substances during the retreat. Ultimately, it is up to you and what you want to accomplish during your time with us!

We recommend using technology as little as possible, and cell phones are strictly prohibited during sessions. However, what you choose to do during your free time or in your room is up to you.

You are welcome to bring any additional food you might need or want outside of the meals included. There will also be stores in the town nearest to the retreat where you can go during your free time.

Our head chef Lisa de Bruijn uses the Ayurvedic approach to cooking. She will work with locally grown and seasonal produce to create delicious meals. The food is mainly vegetarian, but she does use ghee (clarified butter), eggs and bone broths.

Things to keep in mind after the retreat

Yes! We would love to keep in touch and learn about your progress and any feedback you may have. We also believe that it is important to integrate the retreat experience into your daily lives. Therefore we will host an integration session around one month after the retreat with all participants and facilitators.

After the retreat, you will get an invitation to join our Familia community, where you can keep in touch not only with others who attended this retreat with you, but also other who have attended other sessions! We will also keep our retreat WhatsApp chat open so you can chat with the friends you made!

Yes. Soul Kitchen will be hosting a 6-month Vision Mastermind program for people that want to manifest their Vision into reality. The Mastermind will be facilitated by Jasper Mutsaerts. You will learn more about this once you attend a retreat!
